Platform Use Terms
These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the SafeByLaw platform. They explain the rights and obligations of you, the user, and the platform operator. Review them before creating an account, entering the platform, or carrying out a transaction. Your use of the platform creates a legally enforceable agreement between the applicable parties.
When you register, sign in, use any platform function, or otherwise interact with SafeByLaw, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Use. The service is available only to adults who are at least 18 years old. Minors and people without legal capacity are not permitted to use it. If age verification cannot be completed successfully, the account may be limited, suspended, or closed.
Platform access can be affected by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, software updates, or events outside our reasonable control, including unusually heavy market activity or server congestion. We take reasonable steps to promote reliable access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. SafeByLaw may change, introduce, or remove features, algorithms, charges, or supported markets without this creating a basis for a claim against the platform.
Materials made available through the platform—including written content, images, visual design, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and AI-generated analysis—are protected by copyright, trademark rules, and other intellectual property rights held by SafeByLaw or its licensors. Without prior written consent, you must not copy, share, publish, or use these materials for commercial purposes. A violation may lead to civil or criminal proceedings.
You are required to submit information that is truthful, complete, and current, including details about your identity, contact methods, and payment arrangements. Incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information may lead to account limits, delayed withdrawals, or legal proceedings. Personal data is handled under our privacy policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, with appropriate safeguards for security and openness.
You bear full responsibility for every investment or trading choice made through SafeByLaw, whether entered by you or generated through AI automation, and you accept the associated risks. SafeByLaw provides technology and market-access tools only; it does not provide personalized financial advice, recommendations, or profit guarantees. Share and cryptocurrency values may move sharply, and you may lose the entire amount invested. Previous performance is not a dependable indication of future results. Only use money you can afford to lose.
These Terms may be revised from time to time to reflect legal requirements, platform changes, or shifts in market conditions. Where reasonably feasible, we generally intend to give at least 14 days’ prior notice by email, an in-platform notification, or a notice on the website. Continuing to use the platform after the revisions become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If an important change is introduced, you may elect to close your account.
We seek to operate with clear processes and safeguards designed to help secure user accounts. These may include up-to-date encryption, ongoing monitoring, segregated client-fund arrangements, and detailed KYC/AML checks that support security and compliance. Account actions and transactions are logged in a clear, traceable manner. We aim to treat users fairly and provide straightforward information, recognizing the role that trust plays in the service.
